The heart of this project…

We live in a culture that is fixated on self. We hear the phrase "self care" around us constantly. In the beauty, health and wellness industries, there are endless remedies and treatments to providing ourselves with the best means of care and comfort. 

We often hear that you can't love others before you love yourself. There is a level of truth to this, but is it absolutely necessary? Jesus stated that outside of loving God, the next most important love we must possess is our love for others (Matthew 22:39). 

The culture of this world has created an atmosphere that caters to our ego. Without realizing it, we can easily get sucked into the habit of being so concerned with ourselves and our needs that we lose sight of the pressing needs of others.

Approximately 40 million people are enslaved around the world. 79% of those are being sexually exploited. The overwhelming majority are women and children.

It has been the heart of this company since the inception to do more than just create products and build a business. 

In the upcoming weeks, we will be releasing several new products that will part of a line that we are calling "Selfless Care". We are going to be partnering with Agape International Missions and the proceeds from our new line will be going to support the work they are doing to fight sex trafficking in Cambodia.

We are so excited to launch this project that has been in the works for over a year now! All of the products that are part of this mission will be noted with the hashtag #SELFLESSCARE on the label. It may seem like a small effort, but our hope is that many small efforts can add up to make a big difference. One life changed and one more girl brought to freedom, is one less soul in darkness.
